How to download a video
- Copy the video link: in the app, tap Share and choose Copy link. On a computer, copy the address from the browser bar.
- Paste the link into the box above. The tool detects the platform and shows the video title and thumbnail.
- Choose a quality (4K, 1080p, 720p…) or MP3 320kbps, MP3 128kbps, M4A if you only need the audio. If the video has subtitles, you can also pick a subtitle language.
- Click Download. The server fetches the video and your browser saves the file to your Downloads folder.
Download many videos, a whole channel or a playlist
- Batch tab: paste up to 20 links, one per line, choose a common quality and click Download all. Videos are downloaded one after another and saved automatically.
- Channels and playlists: paste a YouTube channel, playlist or profile link into the Single video tab. The tool lists the 30 latest videos so you can pick some and send them to the batch download.
- Downloaded tab: see the videos you have downloaded, open the original link or download again in another quality. History is stored only in your browser.
Subtitles, MP3 and installing as an app
- Subtitles: for videos with subtitles (usually YouTube), choose a language to embed subtitles in the video (can be toggled in the player) or download a separate .srt file.
- MP3 320kbps gives the best listening quality, 128kbps gives smaller files. M4A keeps the original audio without conversion.
- Add to Home screen: on Android, tap the Add to Home screen button below the download box. Once installed, just tap Share in TikTok, Facebook or YouTube and pick Video Downloader, and the tool opens and fetches the video right away. On iPhone, use Safari's Share button and choose Add to Home Screen.
- On a computer: drag the Download this video button to your bookmarks bar. Wherever you are watching a video, click it to open the tool with the video link filled in.

Frequently asked questions
Do TikTok downloads have a watermark?
No. The tool fetches the original video provided by TikTok, without the TikTok logo or the scrolling username.
Can I download private videos or videos in closed groups?
No. The tool only downloads public videos. Private videos, closed groups and locked accounts require a login, so they cannot be downloaded.
Why is there no 1080p option?
The tool only lists the qualities the uploader provided. A video recorded or posted in 720p cannot be downloaded in 1080p.
Can I download subtitles?
Yes, for videos with subtitles or auto-generated captions (usually YouTube). Choose a language to embed the subtitles in the video or download a separate .srt file. The tool does not burn subtitles into the picture, because that would mean re-encoding the whole video.
How do I download many videos at once?
Use the Batch tab and paste up to 20 links, one per line. To download videos from a channel or playlist, paste the channel link into the Single video tab and pick the videos you want. Your browser may ask to allow multiple downloads, choose Allow.
Why do Douyin or Instagram videos sometimes fail?
Douyin and Instagram often block servers that are not logged in. Try again in a few minutes. Private videos or videos that require a login cannot be downloaded.
Where are downloaded files saved on iPhone?
In Safari, files are saved in the Files app → Downloads. Open the file, tap Share → Save Video to add it to the Photos app.
Is there a download limit?
Each person can download about 30 videos per hour, up to 700 MB per video, so the server stays stable for everyone.
Is downloading other people's videos a copyright violation?
Videos are owned by the people who posted them. Only download them for personal viewing or with the owner's permission, and do not repost them or use them commercially.
